Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Collecttough Remodeling wants collecttough.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Aim
We try to make this website usable by as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used set of standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
A well-built page is like a building with ramps as well as stairs. To get there, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Give meaningful images text alternatives
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors use the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may sit outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the website is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@collecttough.living and we will do what we can to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome feedback on how accessible this website is. Please email contact@collecttough.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keep Improving
Accessibility is never truly finished. As we update the website, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
Request a callback
Ready to talk about a bathroom or kitchen project? Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and we will pass it to a local provider.
